Lead Therapy Services

The Lead for Therapy Services plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery for therapy services. This leadership position collaborates with senior therapists to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Assistant Director in leading the delivery of therapy services, focusing on Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, Behaviour Support, and Psychology.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with therapy services staff to provide strong professional leadership and encourage growth.
  • Assess and ensure the delivery of support to participants is sustainable and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for service expansion, including new markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
