**Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Manager**
CraigCare is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care and services to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Ascot Waters.
This is a hands-on leadership role that will contribute to the management of clinical care and service delivery, ensuring the highest standard of aged care is provided to our residents. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards, funding, and policy, as well as exceptional leadership ability to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and provide person-centred clinical careDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care standards, funding, and policyShow leadership ability to be independent and support the leadership teamDeliver on Clinical Governance reporting and requirementsImprove and adhere to quality systems and processesEnsure the Home is compliant with all standards as mandated by ACSQC
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Clinical Management role in Aged CareExceptional leadership ability to support the teamThorough understanding of aged care standards and accreditation requirementsWorking knowledge and understanding of AN-ACCPrevious experience working in a memory support unit (desirable)Ability to drive quality and continuous improvementEnergetic and enthusiastic approach to influence and lead by exampleCurrent AHPRA registrationNDIS check and full working rights in Australia
