Multi Skilled Carer - Aged Care Facility
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Carer in an Aged Care facility.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance to meet individual needs.
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and meal times.
- Assist with medication administration and other healthcare tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a harmonious working environment.
- Advocate for the rights and dignity of older people.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in aged care or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid police clearance and NDIS screening check.
