We are seeking qualified and compassionate individuals to join our team of aged care professionals. As a Care Worker with our organization, you will play an essential role in providing support to residents at various residential sites on a casual basis.

  • Read and follow individualized care plans carefully to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents">
  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including showering and getting dressed while prioritizing their safety and comfort">
  • Work collaboratively under the guidance of Shift Managers to provide high-quality care and support services">
  • Treat residents, their families, and colleagues with respect and dignity at all times">
  • Exercise patience, empathy, and compassion in interactions with residents and others">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Care is highly desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience and skills">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues">
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment">
  • Attention to detail for good record keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements">
  • Flexibility to work at different residential sites, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances">
