Care Professional for Aged Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our residential aged care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing residents to identify their capabilities and developing personalized care plans that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and abilities
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that address the unique requirements of each resident
- Promote independence and quality of life through effective program development and delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of contemporary occupational therapy practices, particularly in aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
