We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Assistant in Nursing, working on a permanent part-time basis covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

This role involves providing quality care and recreational activities to our residents. You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs
  • Ensuring resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager
  • Reporting all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Manager
  • Completing all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans allocated on TRAX as required
  • Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (completed or currently studying)
  • Minimum of 6 months work experience as an AIN within residential aged care, home care or disability services desirable
  • Immunisation record - COVID, including booster mandatory
  • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
