Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce platform lead to manage and oversee the development and support of our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategies, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and vendor resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce development and platform support teams to ensure efficient delivery of services and effective management of stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of service delivery frameworks to maintain best practices in change management, incident resolution, and system governance.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience managing a team of Salesforce platform administrators and developers from a technical background.
  • Must have experience managing Salesforce support teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
  • Understanding of integration platforms is desirable, including webmethods.
