If YES, this role could be for you

Ambition are working with a small / medium business to support them in hiring a Salesforce Platform Lead to own their Salesforce solution.

The business have used Salesforce for several years however and due to changes in the business and an appetite to continue to use Salesforce, they need someone who is going to 'own' the Salesforce solution and evolve it over time

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day configuration and support of the Salesforce Platform across 100* users across Sales and Service cloud.
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand business needs from the platform and translate this into actionable changes
  • Supporting with the development of the platform and integrating 3rd party solutions
  • Working with users to improve user adoption via workshops and training.

You, as the ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Multiple years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with a background as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence business stakeholders and manage requirements.
  • Experience operating as a Salesforce Platform Owner / Platform Manager or Salesforce Lead
  • Ability and willingness to work as the sole Salesforce expert within the business.

This will be a Full Time, Permanent role based in the CBD and with a hybrid work from home policy The business have a great culture, encompassing the best of teamwork, professionalism and work/life balance.
