Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience.Experience in providing administrative or SME support in Salesforce or other CRMs.

Responsibilities:


• Service Operations and Support: Deliver timely, high-quality administrative services and platform support for Salesforce and integrated systems, including user setup, configuration, data management, and issue resolution.


• Incident and Problem Management: Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in line with ITIL practices and service levels, escalating where appropriate and contributing to root cause analysis and prevention.


• Platform Maintenance and Monitoring: Conduct routine monitoring, system checks, and preventative maintenance across Salesforce environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


• Environment and Release Readiness: Support and coordinate Salesforce environment refreshes, regression testing, seasonal release readiness, and impact assessments, ensuring platform stability during planned changes.

  • Deployment Support and Change Control: Prepare and execute deployment packages and configuration changes in accordance with the University's change management procedures, ensuring traceability and compliance.

  • • Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Management: Identify opportunities to enhance platform capability and team efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles to support knowledge sharing and service continuity.
  • Security, Access, and Compliance: Administer user identity and access rights, applying security best practices and responding to audit or policy-related requests in collaboration with IT security and governance functions.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support: Engage professionally and collaboratively with business users, product owners, vendors, and technical teams, contributing to a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
  • University Policy and Values Alignment: Uphold University policies, including service, risk, and compliance frameworks, and model the values of University First, Service Excellence, and One Team.
