Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a community mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on community mental health.
- Utilize electronic health records for effective case management and patient documentation.
- Conduct patient intake and assessments, using your skills to identify needs and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health management and community resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community mental health nursing.
- Knowledge of electronic health records and patient documentation.
- Skills in patient intake and assessment.
- Experience with Hepatitis A, rural nursing, and community health is an asset.
- AHPRA Registration (must be current).
- National Police Check.
- Immunisation History.
- Additional Mandatory Trainings.
