About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Children's Health Queensland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical assessment and crisis intervention of children, youth and their families with complex care needs.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within our Healthcare Team structure and be pivotal in the planning, managing and delivery of specialist nursing care, the coordination of child and youth mental health review as required, and the provision of day-to-day support for nursing staff across the hospital that promotes skill sharing and capacity building.
