As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of patients with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education, and research.
- Delegate to and supervise Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Lead a team to assist and support with activities such as team shift coordination, performance management, change management, rostering, and workplace culture.
- Assist in clinical facilitation and nursing education to promote a learning culture.
- Integrate advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources, and own experience to devise and achieve agreed care outcomes for patients.
Requirements:
- Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert planning and coordination skills.
