They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to worker rehabilitation and return-to-work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Counselling: Provide personalized career counselling sessions to workers, assessing their skills, interests, and aspirations to identify suitable employment opportunities.">
  • Skill Development: Assist workers in enhancing their employability through the refinement of resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.">
  • Employer Liaison: Establish and maintain positive relationships with employers to promote job opportunities for workers, advocating for inclusive hiring practices and facilitating job placements.">
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of workers, maintaining accurate records of their progress, employment outcomes, and communication with stakeholders.">
  • Support Services: Coordinate and/or complete additional support services as needed, such as retraining, vocational assessments, and workplace accommodations to facilitate successful employment transitions.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and insurance providers, to ensure a holistic approach to worker recovery and return to work.">
