About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to promote personal growth and independence
  • Provide personal care and transportation services, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants
  • Administer and document medication, adhering to health support plans
  • Manage challenging behaviours and escalations, promoting positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities, with a strong focus on empowerment and inclusion
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Check, National Police Check, and Full Unrestricted Victorian Driver's License
