Job DescriptionOur Employment Coaches work closely with participants to understand their career aspirations and develop personalized action plans to help them achieve their goals. This involves conducting career assessments, providing one-to-one coaching sessions, and referring participants to relevant training and counselling services.
Through our coaching program, participants gain the confidence and skills needed to secure employment and achieve long-term success. Our team is dedicated to creating opportunities for everyone, and we believe that every individual deserves the chance to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching sessions to assess participants' career needs and create personalized action plans.
- Conduct career assessments and help clients identify strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
- Network with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
- Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Experience in customer service, client-facing roles or administrative positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
