Job Title: Operational Risk Manager
About the RoleThe Operational Risk Manager is a pivotal position that plays a key role in ensuring the Group's operational risks are effectively managed.
Main Responsibilities:- Embed and uplift the management of the Operational Risk Framework within Group Finance.
- Identify, report, and escalate any breaches of risk and recommend areas for improvement.
- Maintain current department risk registers based on findings and treatment plans.
- Develop papers and provide input for the Divisional Operational Risk Committee Meeting.
- Facilitate or participate in review sessions, scenario analysis, root cause analysis, and control validations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Operational Risk experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of risk associated with Finance functions, including knowledge of Treasury, Market & Liquidity obligations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to deliver organisational outcomes.
- Able to manage multiple and complex tasks while meeting deadlines.
