Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our international logistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of complex project cargo worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customs and quarantine compliance, warehousing, optimal stock levels and last-mile logistics for time-sensitive and critical cargo.
  • Effectively manage international and domestic freight movements, including air, sea, and road transport for large-scale, complex project cargo.
  • Develop detailed logistics concepts, budgets, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for client projects.
  • Build and lead a team of logistics professionals and liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-value supply chain solutions.
  • Upgrade tracking systems if necessary to ensure accurate information flow in the warehouse and distribution process.
  • Set up and update internal policies to effectively manage logistics.
  • Coordinate with domestic and international partners, shipping lines, port authorities, subcontractors as well as other stakeholders along the supply chain.
  • Review and improve operational performance, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • In charge of negotiations with transport and logistics providers to ensure value and service consistency.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
