Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing transport team, fostering collaboration and performance.
  • Drive project delivery across road upgrades, major intersections, haul roads, and rail extensions, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Secure new opportunities through strategic tendering and business development initiatives.
  • Provide technical assurance across design, engineering drawings, and reports, upholding industry standards.
  • Mentor, support, and develop team members, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia or eligibility for membership.
  • Proven experience delivering complex transport infrastructure projects, with established relationships with state and local government agencies, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills, combined with business development acumen.
