Head of Risk Operations

What Success Looks Like In This Role:

  • P&L Management: Engage in services profitability responsibility, manage services delivery for multiple engagements, manage financials and operational metrics.
  • Project Management and Service Delivery: Manage service delivery within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, interface with clients to understand their business challenges, recommend integrated business solutions.
  • People Management: Lead a team of 35-50 associates, advocate performance management, development, career growth, engagement, and diversity.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in one or more domains, marketable expertise in at least two market segments, and a strong focus on performance management, development, and career growth.

This Role Requires:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive profitable revenue growth and meet defined business requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage multiple engagements with services value up to $5 million.
    • Lead and/or support the implementation of change management, business process redesign, or information planning.
    • Effectively manage engagement risks and identify potential impacts.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Advanced knowledge in one or more domains.
  • Marketable expertise in at least two market segments.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
