Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Obligations Management Register across business divisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document obligations and controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training, offer tailored support, and provide actionable guidance
- Design and implement processes for ongoing monitoring and updates
To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of operational risk management principles and practices. You should have a strong background in audit, assurance, and compliance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
