About the Opportunity- Drafting complex licensing and media contracts will be a primary responsibility, with autonomy to exercise initiative.
- Providing advice on IP and sponsorship frameworks will require strong expertise in relevant areas.
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues as a seasoned professional will be an important aspect of the role.
- Leading negotiations and stakeholder engagement will demand excellent communication skills.

Your Responsibilities- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality results will be essential.
- Working closely with a senior partner and colleagues in a growing team environment will provide opportunities for growth.
- Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues through mentorship and knowledge sharing will be a key responsibility.
- 7+ years' PQE with solid commercial law experience and private practice background is required.
- Strong expertise in IP, media or sponsorship contracts, with ability to lead negotiations, is essential.
- Team contributor and mentor with commercial savvy and excellent communication skills is necessary.
