Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for designated tier 1 accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure efficient order management.
- Collaborate closely with Key Client Managers to meet client requirements and contribute to commercial decisions.
- Process bookings, quotations, and documentation in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity within systems.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and general administration, including reporting.
- Provide consistent, professional customer service in all interactions with stakeholders.
This position allows you to leverage your skills in freight forwarding, allocation management, and CargoWise One to drive business growth and success.

- Proven experience in freight forwarding (at least 3-4 years)
- Strong background in PO and allocation management
- Intermediate knowledge of CargoWise One
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
