Freight Forwarding Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods between countries. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and that all documentation is processed efficiently.
- Liaising with Import/Export Customers
- Processing documentation and knowledge of freight processes
- Coordinating bookings with customers, transport, and shipping
- Liaising with overseas offices and agents
- Proactively updating customers on any issues that may occur
- Managing situations with customers
