About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, where you'll have end-to-end responsibility for building, launching, and managing digital experiences that drive growth and customer satisfaction. You'll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a market-leading digital lending strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritise product roadmaps, working closely with delivery teams to deliver features and enhancements that meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with key business areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead the delivery of changes to customers, ensuring a seamless experience and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of fintech trends, digital product developments, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in home lending, origination funnels, and agile development processes.
  • Strong understanding of fintech trends, digital product developments, and market conditions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
