About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Cloud and Information Services, APAC. This role will be responsible for leading our corporate IT and SAS Managed Cloud service delivery across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of ~100 corporate IT and SAS cloud service delivery professionals across the AP region.
  • Provide oversight and direction for all IT services provided in AP.
  • Ensure adoption of and adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Handle external customer escalations for SAS Managed Cloud.
  • Provide regional leadership including communicating the IT vision and setting local expectations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and excellence inside and across the CIS team in AP.
  • Regular technology financial tracking, reporting variance, and forecasting to CIO.
  • Proactively communicate corporate objectives, goals, directives, and policies.
  • Align to a corporate direction and execute and champion locally.
  • Scale SAS Managed Cloud delivery services to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain awareness of and research new technologies related to IT and Cloud services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of twelve years in a senior leadership role in information technology.
  • Proven experience in a regional leadership role within IT Cloud Services & Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with regional regulations, compliance requirements, and cultures in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex global projects and diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to interface, influence, and manage within all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles for supporting sales pursuits.
