Financial Planning Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Services Specialist to fill this key position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their financial planning needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that meet clients' objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of financial plans, including setting up accounts, transferring funds, and handling necessary paperwork.
  • Provide outstanding client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to financial planning.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of financial plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • RG146/ DFP or a Financial Planning related degree is required.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Practice.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Advice, implementation experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
