**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Manager in our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering financial planning and analysis, performance reporting, and providing meaningful insights on financial performance.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be based in Sydney and will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective consultative relationships with business partners;
  • Delivering expense forecasting and providing constructive challenges to assumptions;
  • SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF REPORTING TO GM AND GM1S AS REQUIRED;
  • Presenting financial performance reporting to leadership teams;
  • Supporting performance reporting, consolidation, and financial control teams;
  • Working collaboratively with finance colleagues to foster a culture of curiosity and learning;

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance;
  • 6+ years of experience in financial control, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis;
  • Previous experience in management reporting and financial modelling;
  • Strong financial modelling skills;
  • Understanding of performance drivers within the wealth management industry;
  • Excellent relationship building with senior stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams;
