Finance Strategy Consultant

This is a finance role that will see you at the heart of our business, directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. You will have the opportunity to shape financial decisions and guide investment in a high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform key strategic decisions.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to highlight performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide meaningful insights and drive strategic direction.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, investment planning, and risk assessments.
  • Support and mentor junior finance team members to foster their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Degree in accounting or finance with a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA or CPA).
  • At least two years of experience in industry, professional services highly valued.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI, with a willingness to further develop financial modelling expertise.
  • Clear communication skills to make financial information relevant to non-financial stakeholders.
