About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for the management and distribution of banquet event orders to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of events, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure event specifications are met according to Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or events management.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating large-scale events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
