Create high-performing web and customer analytics to drive innovation across digital assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between stakeholders, delivery managers, and IT teams to deliver tagging solutions efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve tag management and web analytics practices across digital assets.
  • Develop self-service analytics functionality, maintain easy-to-follow processes, and create a knowledge base of best practices and how-to guides.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running a tag management system (tag management experience preferable).
  • Experience in using and administering a web analytics platform (preferably web analytics software).
  • Strong understanding of analytics data layers and ability to perform tag debugging work.
  • Experience in HTML and JavaScript required.
  • Strong skills in writing business requirements and solution documentation.
  • Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of potential security and privacy risks associated with tag management and ability to spot potential risks.
  • Experience in using workflow and knowledge management tools.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to speak to both business and technical stakeholders.
