- Manage and prioritize workloads to deliver effective solutions that address the evolving needs of the Finance function.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve key outcomes, including capturing and enabling business needs for forecasting, reporting, and automation, maintaining a reliable platform service, and supporting the automation of financial control and management accounting processes.
- Ensure the organization of data, models, and processes to meet Finance objectives while managing a clear intake and prioritization process for changes, fixes, and enhancements.
- A CA or CPA qualification with Banking and Financial Services exposure.
- Proven Enterprise Platform Management enablement experience with hands-on exposure to Anaplan, TM1 (or equivalent), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience in leading a team with demonstrated service delivery orientation.
- Program management certification is valuable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
