In a dynamic industry, we're looking for someone to ensure our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System is effective and compliant. As a key player, you'll integrate new technologies, facilitate consultation processes, and oversee document creation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the usability and effectiveness of the HSE Management System by integrating new technologies and best practices
  • Facilitate consultation processes with stakeholders and drive engagement on HSE systems
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance and accessibility of key HSE documents and tools
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate on training initiatives and HSE programs to ensure end users are competent in using the management system
  • Analyse and report on statistical information to track progress and identify trends

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Education in Occupational Health and Safety, Information Management, or a related field
  • Document Dynamo: Innovative approach combined with hands-on experience creating, editing and managing documents within a HSE context
  • Experience with document management software, Microsoft Office, and tools like OpenText.SharePoint and TeamBinder
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to connect with people across the business, share knowledge, and foster a culture of safety and accountability
