About the Opportunity
  • Work closely with frontline and management teams to drive HSE excellence across the organization, where everyone is accountable for HSE.
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a strong HSE culture and ensuring accountability for HSE in their areas.
  • Provide support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training.
Essential Requirements
  • NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of working experience related to HSE.
Desirable Characteristics
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
