We are expanding our services to cater to the needs of the elderly. Our dedicated team is committed to enriching lives and making a positive impact in aged care.
Our organization consists of 87 homes across various regions, providing employment opportunities for over 13,000 employees. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will be part of a community that values delivering high-quality care and positively impacting the lives of residents and their families.
We have available positions at our Mount Clear home, requiring a rotating fortnightly roster with shifts starting at 9:30pm and finishing at 7am. The key responsibilities include:
- Providing medical support to residents.
- Maintaining clinical documentation.
- Leading and supporting the care team.
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintaining the highest standard of work.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and previous experience working in an aged care environment. You will also be expected to deliver person-centred care and contribute to a positive team culture.
