Human Resource Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of employees across various departments. This is a true HR generalist role which will see you partnering with a client group of about 300 employees made up of Sales and Marketing, Finance and other support office functions.
Responsibilities include managing a Talent Acquisition Partner and an HR Ops person, providing effective strategic and operational HR programs that are aligned to the business strategy. You will also be responsible for supporting leaders across your client group to further develop their people management skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous relevant experience as a HR Business partner in a fast-paced environment, along with experience managing a small team. A relevant HR or Business related degree and excellent communication skills are also essential.
