Job Role Overview

This is a temporary role with the possibility of extensions as a Business Administrator. You will work closely alongside our Head Office team in Melbourne.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Assisting with the end-to-end process of payroll and personnel management for 250+ employees.
  • Preparing necessary compliance lodgments for STP, payroll tax, superannuation & Work Cover.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly payroll reporting.
  • New employee onboarding and updating of all personnel records.
  • Providing administrative support to the National HR Manager with day-to-day operations including recruitment, performance and learning development.
  • You will also be the first point of contact for any administration/HR queries.

You will:

  • Have an understanding of employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Be able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Have high organisational skills with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and embracing continuous improvement.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience in payroll processes and administration.
