Ict Technical Trainer

Embark on a dynamic journey as part of a forward-thinking public sector team, driving innovation and efficiency for the legal industry.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering impactful learning initiatives and solutions to enhance staff proficiency in Enterprise Business Systems and various IT systems.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualification in Training and Assessment or Adult Education and/or relevant experience with studying towards one of the above.
  • Relevant experience in the legal services industry or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating group training, face-to-face, online and blended delivery approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience working with e-learning authoring tools, creating online learning videos and navigating video editing software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver effective training sessions.
  • A positive can-do attitude, self-motivated and responsive service ethos.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams to design and implement training and support staff in system use as part of their daily duties.
