The role requires accelerating the success of Digital Native Businesses through Cloud services, demonstrating business and technical capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving customer cloud adoption and customer success
  • Using data-driven approaches to optimize Microsoft solutions against adoption and business KPIs
  • Adapting customer success plans to align with customer strategic vision
  • Optimizing value realization by engaging other resources and ensuring progress reporting
