Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer solutions initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cloud adoption and guiding customers through their transformation journey.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, solutions architecture, and service teams, to deliver technical solutions that address complex technology challenges. Your expertise in program management, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills will be essential in building trust with customers and project team members alike.

This role requires successfully obtaining Solution Architect certification within the first 6 months of employment. Experience in enterprise technology sales within the national security sector and the ability to maintain appropriate security clearances are also essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work backwards from the customer to understand their context, vision, and strategic goals to guide and accelerate cloud journeys.
  • Advocate for customers throughout their cloud lifecycle, enabling them to realize value through AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.
  • Establish operating models and structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
