Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals by providing them with expert guidance on cloud migration and infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on technical support and product adoption for cloud-based solutions
  • Analyze customer's IT Operations environment and provide recommendations to maximize the value of cloud-based solutions
  • Be the customer's advocate by understanding their goals and use cases and suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify new features and products
  • Continuously evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations
  • Confidence in your hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Comfortable scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet
  • Skilled in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
  • Knowledgeable about containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
  • Able to sit for up to 4 hours, traveling to and from client sites
  • Able to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time
  • Previous experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space
  • Experienced using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
