We are seeking a highly skilled Advisory Leader to join our Corporate Advisory Team in Sydney. This key role will be responsible for driving strategic planning, client relationships, product management, and staff development to fuel business growth in the advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with the General Manager, Advisory, to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans.
    • Develop and implement tailored client account plans aligned with advisory market strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Management
    • Foster strong advisor relationships with senior management in key advisory accounts.
    • Maintain senior-level relationships with critical advisory partners, as agreed upon with the General Manager, Advisory.
  • Product and Knowledge Management
    • Design and manage at least one product set, including go-to-market materials, methodologies, and case studies.
    • E nsure robust governance over knowledge management resources, including project case studies and product updates.
  • Business Operations and Efficiency
    • Oversee key business functions (e.g., staffing) as agreed with the General Manager, Advisory.
    • Ensure effective project pricing and management from a client, firm, and staff perspective.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position within a consulting or advisory environment (Big 4, engineering advisory, or management consulting).
  • A proven track record of driving profitable growth in strategic asset management businesses.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Effective mentoring and staff development skills.
  • The ability to reposition technical services to resonate with senior client executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale client delivery programs.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
