The Role

This senior position involves advising high-profile clients on complex commercial disputes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial and contractual disputes;
  • Negotiating financial services and negligence disputes;
  • Representing clients in allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct;
  • Resolving directors and shareholder disputes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have approximately 2 – 5 years' experience as a Senior Associate. You will need:

  • A commercial focus with excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively with different functions as a team player.
Compensation Package

We estimate an annual salary range of AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 based on your qualifications and experience. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
