Your Opportunity

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Deal Advisory division at the Analyst, Executive, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels. If you have a passion for deal-making and a strong analytical mindset, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and deal negotiation.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate finance and transaction services, including financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
