Main Responsibilities:- Gearbox Maintenance & Repair: Our skilled technicians disassemble, inspect, diagnose faults, and repair or rebuild gearboxes and hydraulic components to ensure optimal performance.
- Precision fitting using micrometers, dial indicators, and torque tools is crucial for aligning gearbox components, guaranteeing seamless operation.
- Our team inspects, services, and repairs hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and accumulators, adhering to OEM specifications.
- Complex system troubleshooting requires the ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics effectively.
- Hoses, seals, and components are replaced as needed, and systems are pressure tested and calibrated to meet stringent quality standards.
- A current trade certificate or equivalent qualifications are essential for this position.
- Full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
- Strong organisational and time management skills enable our team members to prioritize tasks efficiently.
