Lead Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.

  • Manage an allocated caseload of clients requiring Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services
  • Develop tailored treatment plans using observations, assessments, and evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to develop their skills and knowledge

To Be Successful:

  • You will need current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the field is required

  • A proactive and improvement-oriented attitude is essential, along with a genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities
