The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a real difference within the community, collaborating with a diverse range of people, and embracing a dynamic caseload. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services to individuals across various age groups and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans, utilising evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal participant outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best-practice approaches and research findings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
