Are you an experienced allied health professional with a passion for leading a team and shaping future clinicians?

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist ready to step into team management.

This role offers the chance to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community. Whether you have leadership experience or are looking to develop these skills, we want to hear from you

You will utilize your clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and support the growth of your team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
  • Providing Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Using observations and assessments to develop tailored treatment goals
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' lives
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervising and mentoring graduate and early-career clinicians
  • Fostering a supportive environment for high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Supporting scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS legislation

To be considered, you should have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field
  • Leadership capabilities to meet key responsibilities
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • A proactive, improvement-oriented attitude
  • A desire to mentor and develop clinicians
  • A collaborative and supportive work approach
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
