About Us

We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Roster Coordinator. This position involves working with a team to coordinate schedules, manage staff leave, and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating rosters for our team in a timely manner
- Analyzing company requirements and allocating staff with the right skills and experience
- Managing planned leave and addressing shift cancellations
- Processing electronic timesheets for payroll
- Maintaining open communication with Managers and Leadership team
- Ensuring appointments align with staff rosters
- Coordinating staff uniforms

You Will Need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent people skills, including forming professional relationships with colleagues
- Meticulous organizational skills and reliability to fulfill team rosters and avoid abandonment
- High attention to detail and strong focus on resolution
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in rostering highly regarded but not essential

Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Day shifts only
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required
- Weekend availability not necessary
