We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Router Technician.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and ongoing maintenance of routers to guarantee maximum utilization and efficient operation during the manufacturing process. Our current setup consists of 10 Shoda Routers, which play an extremely vital part in the production of our products.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with Shoda Routers or equivalent systems utilizing Fanuc Servo control is essential.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
  • Able to read Japanese and write in English.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude is necessary.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong attention to detail, are crucial.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to take ownership, coupled with a willingness to learn, are vital qualities for success in this role.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Understanding of G code and Ladder Logic is advantageous.
