About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our water and sewer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system availability, configuration, and performance in real-time.
  • Proactively control system operations to minimize the impact of system failures.
  • Prioritize and triage work orders for the dispatch of work crews.

You will also provide technical expertise and advice to field staff as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our network infrastructure.

Requirements
  • A Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or a related field, or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in water and/or sewage network management.
  • A current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Experience and understanding of operational management of distributed networks of assets.
  • Experience and understanding of water, wastewater, and networks.
  • The ability to effectively utilize information technology, including computerized control & monitoring systems (e.g. SCADA) and geographical information systems.
